i have a grex of predominantly georgia southern collards, about 100-200 plants, and then a few, just a few, red kale and (red kale x collard) F1s. this year im only saving seed from the larger, flat leaved plants and i am hoping for some red veins here and there with the overall flavor and hardiness of the georgia. the seeds are ripening now. almost ready to come down and be replaced by beans.
