now that is shelf life! this is a must grow and keeper for sure. this fruit was picked at dead ripe off the vine "pink" oct/26th-12 set at room temps until today. dec-3-12i could no longer take it. had a sammy for brunchedit: i will also add second half of fruit left 2 spoons of juice on the plate after slicing. thank you: Jason/hawk, for the seed of this amazing fruit. only type still around with flavor like summer.
