it looks like it has some species tomato crossed in probably, which would explain multiple diseases resistances and green unusual fruits. i bet you would have trouble getting it to sexually breed into something nice. i bet that grafting is the way this tomato has found use, in opposition to normal growing. i have heard people using matt's wild for rootstock too.
